Small Campus. Big Degree
With 400 students on a five acre campus, it’s easy for students to get to know the faculty and staff, and easy for the faculty and staff to get to know the students. Small campus doesn’t equal fewer options. Students have more than 270 majors to choose from at Penn State DuBois. Penn State’s unique 2+2 program allows students to complete their first two years of study at any campus and finish their degree at another Penn State location. Students who want to stay at Penn State DuBois all four years can complete one of six Baccalaureate/Bachelor’s Degrees. Penn State DuBois also offers multiple minors, a multitude of credit certificates and seven Associate Degrees as well as the first two years of almost all of Penn State’s baccalaureate degree programs that students may complete entirely at Penn State DuBois.

Career Services. The PAWS Program
The PAWS Co-OP Program at Penn State DuBois is designed to partner students with industry early on in their academic careers to allow them an opportunity to gain valuable work experience while earning their degrees. Development and employment of local talent is the program’s top priority. The partnership will allow an accepted student in the program the opportunity to work with a company for a period of time and gain valuable input from the industry. In addition, professional development activities are provided to students throughout the year.

Not only do Penn State students excel in the classroom, they also work hard to impact our communities, our nation and our world. In 2023-2024, Penn State DuBois students spent a total of over 10,000 hours of volunteer service in DuBois and across the country.
